Which size do I need?

Tell us your machine model; we match the size automatically. Sage/Breville = 54mm, most prosumer machines (Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia, E61) = 58mm, most DeLonghi = 51mm. Wrong size arrives anyway? Free exchange, we pay both shipping legs.

Where do you ship from?

Our EU warehouse (Germany). EU orders arrive in 2–5 working days, tracked. No customs fees — prices include VAT.

Do you ship outside the EU?

UK, Norway, Switzerland: yes, duties calculated at checkout. US: yes, from our US fulfillment partner.

What if it doesn't make my espresso better?

30-day Dialed-In Guarantee on kits: return for a full refund, we pay return shipping.

How is the warranty handled?

2 years, from the EU, by email, with humans. Photo of the issue → replacement or refund. No forms in triplicate.

Will this work with my DeLonghi Dedica / Sage Bambino / Gaggia Classic?

Yes — those are exactly who we build for. Use the machine selector and we'll size everything.

Is the course really included?

Every kit includes lifetime access to its course stages. No subscription.

Can I upgrade kits later?

Yes. Within 12 months we credit your earlier kit's value against the bigger one.

Are these just rebranded marketplace products?

Our tools come from specialist factories that also produce for brands you know. The difference: our specs, our QC inspections, our published batch tests, EU warranty, and the course. We're transparent about this because you deserve to know what you're paying for: certainty.
