Refund policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, unused and complete, for a full refund.

Kits — the Dialed-In Guarantee: if your espresso is not visibly better within 30 days of following the included course, return the kit for a full refund and we pay the return shipping label.

Wrong portafilter size: free exchange — we pay shipping both ways.

Warranty: all products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, handled by email from within the EU. In most cases we do not require the defective item to be shipped back.

How to start a return: reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Statutory rights under EU consumer protection law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales) remain unaffected and are in addition to the above.
