• EU: free over €60, otherwise €4.90 · 2–5 working days, tracked, from our German warehouse
• Prices include VAT — no customs fees within the EU
• UK / Norway / Switzerland: duties calculated at checkout
• Order before 15:00 CET on a working day and we dispatch the same day

Returns

• 30-day returns on everything, unused and complete
• Kits carry the Dialed-In Guarantee: if your shots aren't visibly better within 30 days, return for a full refund — we pay the return label
• Wrong portafilter size? Free exchange, we pay shipping both ways
• Refunds are issued within 5 days of the return arriving back
