Every Cremavo product is covered for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship — handled from inside the EU, by email, by humans.

How it works

1. Email us a photo of the issue with your order number.
2. We respond within one working day with a replacement or refund decision.
3. For most items we don't ask you to ship anything back.

The 30-day Dialed-In Guarantee

Applies to every kit: if your espresso isn't visibly, tasteably better within 30 days of following the included course, send it back for a full refund. We pay the return shipping. We can offer this because puck prep genuinely works — the physics is on our side.
