The Numbers
Current batch · tested before shippingWe test every production batch before it ships and publish the results — not marketing claims, measurements.
Is this right for you yet? (honest answer)
If your beans are stale or your grinder can't grind for espresso, fix those first — nothing on this site will save the shot. But if you have decent beans and a capable grinder and your shots are still inconsistent — sour one day, bitter the next — this tool removes one of the variables causing it. That order — grinder, beans, technique, then tools — is also how the included course teaches it.
The mechanism
Microfoam is technique plus geometry.
The spout draws the line; the steam does the silk. Internal measurement lines mean the same milk volume every time — the half of latte art nobody talks about.
- 1Fill to the line — not by eye
- 2Stretch, then texture — silky, not bubbly
- 3Pour low and slow — the rosetta draws itself
