Which size do I need?
It's your portafilter diameter: 54mm for Sage / Breville, 58mm for Gaggia, Rancilio and most E61 machines, 51mm for most DeLonghi. Use the machine finder on the homepage and we pre-select the right size. If the wrong size ever arrives, we exchange it free — both shipping legs on us.
How fast is delivery?
We ship from our EU warehouse in 2–5 working days, fully tracked. Prices include VAT, so there are no customs surprises inside the EU, and every kit ships free.
What if it doesn't improve my coffee?
Then it's on us. Follow the included course, and if your espresso isn't visibly better within 30 days, send the kit back for a full refund — we pay the return label. That's the Dialed-In Guarantee.
What's included, and what's the course?
Every kit is a complete, machine-matched set of tools plus its stage of the Cremavo Course — guided video lessons that take you from a clean, even puck to your first latte art. Tools without technique is just clutter, so we include both.
